Explore the Bressanone/Brixen's own mountain in the company of internationally renowned mountaineering idols:

Route 1: Hike around Mount Plose (2486 m), Bressanone/Brixen's home mountain with spectacular panorama views

From Bressanone/Brixen, we will go to the cable car base station in St. Andrä (1070 m) by coach and take the cable car up to an altitude of 2,050 m. Across the Plose south face, a panoramic trail leads to the Schatzer Hütte refuge (1984 m), offering spectacular views into the Dolomites: The towers of the Odle/Geisler Dolomites on the other side of the Funes/Villnöss valley seem literally within reach. A splendid panorama of the southern Dolomites can be seen from the Monte Forca Grande/Hoher Gabler peak (2576 m). Up north, the horizon is lined by the Austrian Zillertal group with its sparkling glaciers and heights of up to 3500 m. After a short stop at the Schatzer Hütte refuge, we will descend by cable car and return to Bressanone/Brixen by coach.
